2 Days
Jordan leaves for Iraq in two days. Our mom is making a small book for Jordan to take with him full of pictures of the family and friends and inspirational quotes and Bible verses. She is also including messages of support and encouragement from as many people as she can. We would love to have messages from all of you. You can write anything you like... We just want him to know how very proud we are of him and thankful for what he is doing. You can add quotes, bible verses anything you think would lift his spirits while he is away. I am sorry to be giving you such short notice, but if you would like to participate, we really need your entry by tomorrow morning. You may post it as a comment here, or email me at natenjme@aol.com or mom at krobin2100@aol.com. Please also lift Jordan and our family up to the Lord in prayer in a special way over the next few days. Halloween 2007 is going to be the scariest day of our lives.
Be sure to check back in here tomorrow when I am going to ask that everyone participate in something special for Jordan. Thanks!

I just want to personally thank you for the sacrifice you are making for me and my family's freedom!! A verse that comes to my mind when I think about where you are going and what you are doing is Isaiah 43:1b-3a..."Don't be afraid, because I have saved you. I have called you by name, and you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you. When you cross the rivers, you will not drown. When you walk through fire, you will not be burned, nor will the flames hurt you. This is because I, the Lord, am your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior." I hope this gives you peace becuase God will never leave you!! Fear not this world, because the God we serve has overcome this world, and you can trust Him to get you through whatever you are going through at any time!! I will pray for you and you family while you are away, and look forward to welcoming you back home safely!!!

Please know that we are praying for you daily!!! You are blessed enough to walk daily with true heroes!! You are a hero for your sacrifice! If and when trouble comes flying your way - keep your head down and PRAY!! God can and will get you out of harms way! Remember your mission - not only your military one, but also your life's mission!
